Our Designer by Your Side package at Janele Stratton Designs offers you the perfect blend of professional guidance and personal involvement in your design project. We understand that some aspects of interior design can be overwhelming and prone to costly mistakes. That’s where we come in—providing you with expert advice to ensure your project is both beautiful and efficient.

What’s Included?

• 20 Hours of Expert Guidance: Purchase in blocks to use as your needs and project progress dictate. This time can be allocated to phone calls, consultations, or sourcing recommendations. The package includes a consultation to understand your goals, preferences and investment amount.
• Personalized Support: Tailored advice for decision-makers who want continuous design guidance throughout their project.
• Comprehensive Assistance: Whether it’s selecting materials to get accurate quotes from your builder or responding to a builder’s request for selections, we are here to help.

The Details

• Flexible Use of Time: Allocate your 20 hours across various needs—be it consultations, sourcing finishes, or seeking advice on specific design decisions.
• Detailed Time Logging: Our design team logs their time in 15-minute increments for office time. On-site visits are in a minimum of 1-hour blocks. Any unused time does not expire and will be credited to your account for future use.
• Renderings: This service doesn’t include a render unless otherwise indicated during the project, and it counts towards the 20-hour billed time. Renders may be added on to any “Design Time” service for an additional fee.
• Expertise When You Need It Most: From choosing the right paint colors to selecting the perfect furniture, our guidance ensures you make the best decisions for your space.
• In-Person and Remote Support: Benefit from emails, phone calls, in-person appointments, and walkthroughs tailored to your project’s demands.
• Investment Details: The investment for our packages involves a flat fee, and your products, materials, finishes, furnishings, and décor will be billed separately. All of our design packages are paid in advance. We accept credit card payments through Stripe, bank cashier's checks, or electronic payments through Venmo.
